The CALL in Pulaski County provides tangible, meaningful support to children and families impacted by foster care through our Support Center in West Little Rock.

Since 2020, the Support Center has served as a welcoming, home-like space where:

• Children entering foster care can receive clothing, supplies, and other immediate necessities, as well as access to private shower facilities.
  
  
• Foster and adoptive families can gather for training, encouragement, support, and prayer.
  
  
• Biological families can spend meaningful time together during weekly family visits, sharing a meal, playing in the backyard, and connecting in a comfortable, home-like environment.
  
  
• Churches, community groups, and individuals can volunteer in practical ways that directly impact children and families in their own community.

 

With more than 400 children and teens in foster care in Pulaski County, the need for accessible, community-based support is significant.

For families and children in North Little Rock, Sherwood, Jacksonville, and surrounding communities, distance can make accessing the services available at 

our West Little Rock Support Center difficult. A Support Center located within this area would bring these resources closer to the children and families who need them.

By expanding into this community, The CALL can create a local hub of support. Connecting children, foster and adoptive families, biological families, churches, volunteers, and community partners in one welcoming space.

Together, we can make sure more children and families impacted by foster care have the practical support, meaningful relationships, and caring community they need, closer to home.
